We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data: Name, email address, company name, and billing information when you sign up for our service.
- Usage data: Information about how visitors interact with the RoomVision widget on your webshop, including visualization requests, product views, and session data.
- Email capture data: Email addresses voluntarily provided by end-users during the visualization experience, with explicit opt-in consent.
- Room photos: Images uploaded by end-users for AI visualization. These are processed in real-time and not stored beyond the session unless explicitly saved by the user.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for service operation.

- Room photos: Deleted after processing (not stored beyond the session)
- Email capture data: Retained until unsubscribe or account deletion
- Account data: Retained for the duration of the subscription + 30 days after cancellation
- Analytics data: Anonymized after 26 months

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to processing

- Withdraw consent at any time
